Southern Premier Trucking is a family-owned carrier based in Lufkin, Texas. We run flatbed, step-deck and hotshot equipment, and we are adding experienced drivers as the fleet grows.
We are a family-owned carrier built around professional systems, direct communication and hands-on service. You will know the people you work for, and your dispatch, your equipment and your pay are handled professionally.
Pay
Competitive hourly pay
Experienced drivers
$22–$25 per hour
Based on verifiable experience.
New drivers
$18–$20 per hour
For less experienced drivers and recent CDL-academy graduates.
Sign-on bonus
$1,500
Paid over the first six months of employment.

What we ask
Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Two or more years of verifiable CDL experience preferred
- Recent CDL-school graduates may be considered
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
